Shield Consult was engaged to investigate the causes of leakages within the roof of the landmark building at 5 Martin. Through a water testing process and localised opening-up, we confirmed deficiencies in the waterproof membrane systems across the roof. The required repairs were thoroughly repaired to enable an efficient route to remedy.
